Conway 5th-8th Grade School Counselor

IntroductionMrs. Cunningham is the school counselor for 5th-6th grade at Ezard Elementary and 7th-8th grade at Conway Junior High. She has over 10 years of experience working in education and the mental health field; this is her sixth year as a school counselor.PhilosophyAt the heart of my work is a commitment to building meaningful relationships with students and creating a school environment where every student feels safe, valued, and supported.Counseling Programs and ServicesAs part of the counseling program at Laclede County R-1 Schools, I assist students’ with their emotional well-being, academic progress, and personal/social development.A few of the services I offer students:- Friendship skills and peer conflict
- Anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation
- Classroom guidance lessons
- Small-group counseling
